Hello! I’m Tahlia, a birth + postpartum doula and prenatal yoga teacher.
I support women, birthing people and their beautiful families through pregnancy, birth and postpartum with deep intention, presence and care.
Pregnancy changes everything. Your body, your identity, your sense of what you're capable of. And in the middle of all of that change, it can be really easy to feel like a passenger in your own experience, waiting for birth to happen to you rather than moving through it with trust and presence.
At the heart of my work is the body, the nervous system, and the profound intelligence that carries us through pregnancy, birth and beyond. I believe in creating spaces where you feel safe to soften, supported to connect with yourself, and deeply held through this transition into motherhood.
My approach is calm, intuitive and grounded, offering support that honours both the physical and emotional experience of this season.
My approach weaves together:
• Pregnancy support: creating space to prepare your body, mind and nervous system for birth through education, connection and intentional practices.
• Birth preparation: helping you understand your options, build trust in your body, and feel empowered in the choices you make.
• Continuous birth support: holding a calm, steady presence throughout labour and birth, supporting you and your partner through the unfolding experience.
• Postpartum support: nurturing the transition into early parenthood with care, connection and practical support as you recover, bond and find your rhythm.
Alongside my doula work, I also offer prenatal yoga spaces that support you in reconnecting with your body, breath and inner wisdom throughout pregnancy.
